I must say that Nambiar District 25 is one of the most well planned and low density projects I’ve seen. The road is wide and has potential to grow in future. Sarjapura Road is growing better and specially near the exit to D25. As an investor this is a no-brainier and offers a promising return on investment. With planned tech park, lulu mall, and existing schools near by this is a great project and has potential to appreciate. One thing that could be better is availability of a hospital near by. Sparsh is the closest at about 6KMs. Another aspect that could be better is the condition of roads. While roads are wide, there is a small patch which is in bad condition.
